Over the past 1.5 years, I have helped Init, an Axcel-backed roll-up, successfully merge over 15 companies in the Automation and Industrial IT sector. Acting as an extension of the management team, my focus is on driving strategic initiatives that unlock the true potential of these acquisitions while avoiding common post-merger pitfalls

Through engaging processes and leadership, I help Init find their common direction to secure ownership in the organisation as well as a strong commercial foundation.

The most common pitfall when bringing companies together is ‘folded arms’ and it’s my ambition to foster a culture of collaboration and shared purpose. That requires good vibes and someone to help break the ice with a warm smile.

Kick-Off and Onboarding for a billion DKK Stem Cell Facility: Aligning Strategy and Collaboration

To kick off a 950m DKK stem cell facility project, I helped facilitate a series of workshops needed to onboard the engineering partner and align them with the project’s vision, strategy, sustainability goals, and conceptual layout. These workshops served as the foundation to bring key stakeholders together, ensuring everyone was on the same page before moving forward.

I partnered with top management to design and facilitate the workshops, shaping the themes and structure to align with the project's broader strategic goals. My role involved keeping the sessions focused and productive, guiding discussions toward clear next steps while fostering an open, collaborative environment.

By providing real-time feedback, making collaborative adjustments, and ensuring effective communication, I helped establish a strong foundation for the project.
